Hydrogel screen protectors work well with in-screen fingerprint readers, however different types of fingerprint readers can cause issue mainly with the privacy style of protector.
Privacy Screen protectors only work with Ultrasonic fingerprint readers, these are found in high end models such as Samsung S models,. Please check which type of in screen fingerprint reader you have to ensure it will work as expected.
The other type of fingerprint readers are based on an optical sensor that looks through the screen, these are typically found on lower end phones such as the Samsung A models. These will usually work with with our Clear, Matte and Anti Blue Light screen protectors, but they are unlikely to work with the privacy screen protector.
If you are unsure which type of in screen fingerprint reader your phone has, simple google your model with "fingerprint reader type". eg "Samsung A35 Fingerprint reader type" and you will see it uses as optical fingerprint reader. This model will not work with the privacy screen protector if you use your fingerprint to unlock the device.
All other screen functions work as expected with all types of film, however, fingerprints will only work with privacy if your phone has an ultrasonic fingerprint reader.
